With over three decades of HR experience in both corporate and consulting environments, Christine possesses a unique blend of skills and emotional intelligence that enables her to connect effortlessly with people and concepts.

Her expertise spans a diverse range of HR roles, including People Business Partnering, People Change & Projects, Culture Change, Employee Relations, Reward, Learning & Development, and HR Operations. Christine’s cross-cultural experience was shaped through regional and international assignments in South Africa and the United Kingdom, where she successfully delivered projects in 10 other African countries.

Beyond her corporate contributions, Christine has also been actively engaged in the international development sector, serving on the board of World Vision, a renowned international NGO. Her leadership as the Board Chair for four years honed her governance and leadership skills.
