With her expertise in development management, Agile methodologies, SDLC, and six sigma concepts, Xiaoying has played a pivotal role in driving innovation and success within her field.

As the Head of Enterprise Platform Development at Hightower Advisors, Xiaoying Chen has demonstrated exceptional leadership in guiding cross-functional teams towards achieving organizational objectives.
